At times, newcomers and/or young people especially Chinese speaking, will ask me to be their guardian or agent

As their guardian or agent, I will do the following for them

Provide assistance when necessary, with the client's needs, in areas of

•  study,
•  payment of fees,
•  organisation of courses of study, in any institution i.e. English School, High School,    Polytech, Uni. etc
•  application for and issue of immigration permits and visas
•  legal issues
•  health
•  maintain contact by phone, fax or email with parents

Any debts incurred by the client remain their property and not my responsibilty!  However, I will do all I can to help deal with such a situation, should it arise.

My first clients arrived in November of 1993, and I've been doing it ever since.
