GUARDIANSHIP AGREEMENT
ANDREW BOYD ("Andrew") agrees to offer the following services as Guardian for XXXX Yyyy Zzzz ("The Student") until instructed in writing otherwise by him.
Andrew will provide assistance when necessary, but not including any financial support, with The Student's needs in the areas of:
Study
Accommodation
Payment of fees
Organisation of courses of study (in any institution of learning)
Application for and the issue of immigration permits and visas
Legal issues
Health
In return for this service The Student agrees to pay NZ$300.00 for the first month of service followed by payments in advance of NZ$200.00 equalling one yearly fee of NZ$2,500.00.
Any debts or other liabilities remain the sole responsibility of The Student and in no way become the responsibility of Andrew. However Andrew will, by any reasonable legal means at his disposal, endeavour to help The Student.
Unless otherwise arranged, The Student's failure to pay the monthly guardianship fee automatically terminates this agreement. Discontinuation of this guardianship service can be actioned at any time by either party.
