Some interesting clauses in the Covenant:

 

(A) The Transferee shall not:

1.  Erect or permit to be erected or placed on the land any dwelling house

a)     on sections of 800mē or above, having a floor area of less than 220mē (including garage) under one roof;

b)    on sections of 750mē to 799mē, having a floor area of less than 210mē (including garage) under one roof;

c)    on sections of 700mē to 749mē, having a floor area of less than 200mē (including garage) under one roof;

d)    on sections of 600mē to 699mē, having a floor area of less than 190mē (including garage) under one roof;

e)    with garage facilities for less than two vehicles (minimum floor area of 30m2);

f)     greater than two storeys on Lots 8, 13, 24 & 31;

g)    less than two storeys on Lots 1, 9, 14, 20 & 35;

      h)   greater than one storey on all Lots except for those listed in Clauses 1(f) & 1(g) above.

Believe it or not, what the above clauses mean is that this section has a covenant which includes a clause that says you must build a two storey house on Lot 14!!  Don't believe it?  Look again!
